She combines excellent cross group/organizational collaboration and consensus-building skills with team leadership acumen. With 7+ years of Microsoft event and project management experience combined with more than 15 years as a business owner in the health education space, she’s managed large-scale marketing and high tech training events end-to-end, developed and executed a wide variety of marketing campaigns, and managed creative as well as technical teams.

Esther knows how to think strategically as well as execute at a detail level – she’s an all-around “go to” person with high energy and the ability to stay laser focused on priorities – and help others on her team to do the same.
